Drakerz is a trading card game (TCG) that considers itself augmented reality. Basically it is possible (assuming you have the hardware and cards) to play this game online with real-world cards. The game detects the cards via a webcam and will allow you to play as if you hands controlled the board (watch it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tferz9yKyzM). If you aren't a fan of the augmented reality idea that's ok because the core game will still allow you to play with virtual cards the same way I show it in this video.
