Draw With Me - Ferret Priest (P.3 - Adding Some Details)
42Here is part 3, where I start work on the character, and also adding details, refining and cleaning things up a bit.
Guys, I'm thinking whether to stop here and move on to different drawings/video content. I feel I've covered most of what I do in my process for creating my digital paintings. However, Let me know your thoughts if you are still interested seeing the rest of the piece! I just feel these videos have been exhaustingly long, repetitive, and not as interesting as I had hoped?.. but of course, that's up to you to decide ^^
I'd be happy to continue making these video series for smaller sketch sessions so it's less time consuming and more fun, short, and sweet~ as I adore sketching the most, and sharing a lot more different ideas.
Someone did mention streaming would be good for this, but I'm just not in the best environment to commit to streaming comfortably, unless it is a silent stream. Whenever I streamed in the past, I had to prep a lot, and ask a lot of favors for the folks I'm living with, which I'd prefer not to do, only until I get my own private space will I stream a lot more for you all :)
I also mention somewhere in the video how my interest has turned away from making full-fledged paintings as refined as these because of how time consuming they are. And that I prefer more sketchy-like drawings tuned more for comics, animation style, with a more simpler cell-shading look. They just seem more fun for me, to show a concept, tell a story, etc. That doesn't mean I'll stop making paintings like these of course~ Just shifting focus and trying a new direction ^^
Do let me know in the comments. Also let me know if you enjoy seeing Minecraft content, or gaming content lol, I sure do. I've always been a minecraft nerdo. I just never share that I like recording game content as well
