Dreadhalls is an awesome and intense VR labyrinth exploration game. Graphics in game is pretty good with dynamic light and shadow make you feel like you are three. You can adjust graphic quality and sampling from the option menu too.
The game start with lamp in your left hand and that is the most important thing tool in the game between you and the dark tunnel and the creatures there…Yes some creature that you don’t want to get closer or let it find you. The sound system is top notch. Added great scare and tense atmosphere with some strange scary noises, whisper and scream with not only scare you but creep you out.
One the great level design of Dreadhalls is it levels, maps and storyline generated in random. Each time you play Dreadhalls, thing will never be the same. Even if you die you will restart again in a new random map to explore. You will have a new different experience every time you play. This not only add replay ability but replay value to the game as well. Which is worth every penny.
Game control is very responsive and smooth and make excellent use of the Oculus Touch and you can adjust the turning option in game menu to suit your need.
Dreadhalls is one the best VR scariest and VR horror games I have ever experienced. Only the atmosphere of the game can make you terrifying without encountering anything. If you are looking for as VR scary game or VR horror game with replay ability, replay value or even VR showcase. Dreadhalls is your answer. Highly recommended.
