After 2 days of playing decent i reached Tier 3 and it's weird. The upgrade system encourages you to play with all ships and upgrade most of your ships to fit all roles in a fight.
The support ships don't seem to be needed in all fights because the sniper ships do so much damage at a huge range that it's all the support a team needs(when not facing the same tier and at least good players).
You need about a week of playing here to get to tier 4 but you can only full upgrade 1 ship.
I hope this system changes because playing only with veterans with full upgrades and no new players will become less fun as you advance in the game.
Note: Tier 1-2 are incredibly fun because there are a lot of new players and ships are easier to control.
