18To put it short: learn to play with weaker guns, especially the scav guns so you know how to use them. Practice shooting, running, looting and extracting. After you extract in offline mode, extract with scavs and then jump into a normal game and be pacient. The game can be very slow, you will only rush if you have a lot of experience in the game.
The scavs can be easy or they can be hardcore, it depends on a lot on the context. Don't get too close to them, don't stand out in the open and try to listen for them. They will always be in the same locations so it's a matter of time until you learn their location.
