Note - I saw no reference to rabies within the demo itself, but considering how hostile the bats are in the caves.... Rabies.

It's a promising farming sim overall. Excellent pixel art and sound design. The farming/life sim aspects feel a bit like earlier implementations, but that might be due to having 100s of hours in Stardew Valley that I'm used to a different QOL level. I do think this is overall a good experience though, and worth trying.
