Dreamworks Animation’s “How to Train Your Dragon” - 2010 DVD Review
This is a review of the 2010 DVD of Dreamworks Animation’s “How to Train Your Dragon.” This is loosely based on the book of the same name by Creassida Cowell. The film stars the voice talents of Jay Baruchel and America Ferrera, among others. The film follows a young Viking named “Hiccup,” who lives in a village where people fight and kill dragons. Hiccup, however, defies his village’s traditions by befriending a dragon no one has ever seen before and is famous for being the most dangerous dragon of all time, the “Night Fury,” - there is not even a picture of what it looks like in in the movie’s “Book of Dragons.” However, it turns out that the dragon is actually kind and friendly, and endangered. Hiccup names the dragon, “Toothless,” and together the unlikely pair of heroes must fight against all odds to waive both of their worlds. I hope you enjoy the show and enjoy a great fantasy movie that the whole family will enjoy, and have fun while watching this fantasy movie that is perfect for the whole family.
