Drifting in the wet vs the dry is more similar than let's say racing in the rain vs the dry, however I don't think one is necessarily more difficult than the other. However, patchy conditions in between wet and dry is very hard to get right. The grip is constantly changing. You can try and predict the grip changes visually, but you may just have to react to it as you feel it. Because of this, drivers really make the difference in these conditions whether your drifting or racing...
