Calita was surrounded by Fabiene's men while sneaking into her compound. Lomaz and Tanner must reach the location before it's too late. Optionally, Tanner can eliminate Fabiene's backup before they reach there first.

The key to this mission is to keep following Fabiene as the game scripts her to stop somewhere you'll be able to run over her. During the recording, supposed I would do the optional objective but because my gamepad was not mapped properly I had to let it go as it is still possible to finish without it.
