Starting off this quest you'll once again have to be in the Bytes Outfit.
Head to the Tv on the map and tune it. Quest 2 asks you to drive a chromed Vehicle for 5,000 meters. This one is pretty simple, make sure you have plenty of chrome splash cause it will run out eventually. Also, if you can top off a car with gas it should get you to near 4,000 meters. After that just swap cars, make sure you make it chrome, and finish off the rest of the distance.
When completed you'll unlock The Reaper's Lament
