Slime Rancher 2 - Part 2

Now That you've set up at least two corrals, one with everything and one with everything except for the Solar Shields. It's time to unlock the map to fully reveal all of Rainbow Fields. This guide will be a pretty short one as there are only two things you need to find and activate for the map to clear out the clouds so you can actually see where you are with the Rainbow Fields region.

Here's how to unlock the first portion of Rainbow Fields

- [ ] First head out of your conservatory through the front gates.
- [ ] Continue forward and pass through the first arch directly in front of you.
- [ ] Keep going in a forward straight line until you come across a Happy Slime Stone in the center of a field.
- [ ] Continue forward until you see the Slime Ocean being careful not to fall off the edge of the land.
- [ ] Then turn left and continue under a second larger arch.
- [ ] Continue forward in a straight line until you come across the icon you need to activate.
- [ ] Click on the icon to unlock the first portion of Rainbow Fields

For the second half of Rainbow Fields, we'll be continuing from where you activated the first unlock.

- [ ] When facing where the first unlock was, turn right and hug the left wall, which will send you left after just a few steps.
- [ ] Continue forward until you see the refinery portal located next to the bug bot and a few slimes etched in stone.
- [ ] Just beyond that, you'll see the second activation area is up on a ledge.
- [ ] There are multiple ways to get to this area but if you're just starting out and don't have a jet pack yet, the best way is to do a full 180-degree turn to where the icon is to your back, and head into the small tunnel located near the refinery portal.
- [ ] Once you've passed through the tunnel, hug the right wall, and as soon as you can start climbing the different ledges. Once at the top, you can simply follow the trail and it will lead you to the second activation point.

That's all there is to it. You should now have all of Rainbow Fields opened up on the map. This will allow you to be more precise when exploring so you can make sure you cover every inch of Rainbow Fields.

There is plenty more to open up and I'll have other videos like this once I get to that part of the game, but I'm really enjoying the process of making these videos so I'm taking my time. The next logical thing to do would be to start exploring more of the cloudy map... but there are a few things I'd really like to cover first.
