1With everything ready, Bishop invites TK to La Guardia Airport to prepare for an operation of busting Candy out of Riker's Island penitentiary, with the plan being for TK to get in using recently acquired police transport truck and smash his way into prison by breaking through the southern wall of the main building, with TK doing so and fighting through the complex, eventually finding Candy hiding in the kitchen and discovering that he is an middle-aged man and professional criminal planner who apparently got arrested after an failed job. After rescuing Candy and getting him out of the prison in food delivery van, TK is invited to celebrate with the entire crew, consisting of Bishop, Mexican, Slink and Candy and is also introduced to the elusive Corrigan, revealed to be four men's boss and leader of their criminal enterprise. As six men meet in TK's apartment, Corrigan outlines the group's newest scheme; Cornering the emerging cocaine trade for which he predicts will be highly profitable in the coming decade, with the plan to make themselves dominant supplier in New York City involving forcing the current drug lords of the city; Colombian cartel led by an man named Rafael Martinez, to back off by kidnapping Martinez and leveraging his life for Colombians leaving New York's drug trade to Corrigan's syndicate...
