0K-Chan's ds lite's battery was dying (which means the light goes from green to red) and she noticed it wasn't staying red completely. It only took a second to realize that it was actually a green light switching to red whenever there was a noise in the game. Apparently making noise uses up just enough battery life to push the ds lite's light from green to red and then back to green when the sound ends. Interesting shit.
