주사위를 굴려 다양한 조합으로 전투를 펼치는 독특한 주사위 기반 전략 게임입니다. 주사위를 통해 공격, 방어, 회복 등 다양한 효과를 발동하여 몰려오는 적들을 처치하는 것이 목표입니다.
게임의 핵심은 주사위 조합입니다. 주사위를 굴리면 나온 눈에 따라 족보가 형성되며, 족보의 종류에 따라 대미지와 특수 효과가 달라집니다. 예를 들어, 원페어는 무작위 적을 공격하고, 트리플은 방어를 무시하며, 풀 하우스는 초과 피해를 다음 적에게도 전이시키는 등 다양한 조합이 존재합니다. 눈이 마음에 들지 않으면 제한된 횟수 내에서 리롤을 통해 다시 굴릴 수도 있습니다.
족보를 구성하는 주사위의 눈 합계가 대미지로 계산되며, 적의 체력을 0으로 만들면 처치할 수 있습니다. 한 턴에 모든 주사위를 사용하면 턴이 종료되며, 적들의 턴이 이어집니다. 적들은 머리 위에 다음 행동을 미리 표시하며, 공격, 버프, 방어 등 다양한 액션을 수행합니다. 특히 일부 적은 아군을 보호하거나 특정 조건에서만 공격할 수 있어, 우선 처치가 필요한 적을 먼저 공략하는 전략이 중요합니다.
적을 처치하면 보상으로 리롤 티켓을 획득할 수 있으며, 전투 승리 시 주사위 강화, 주사위 획득, 교환, 족보 강화 등의 보상을 선택할 수 있습니다. 주사위를 강화하여 특정 속성을 올리거나, 장식을 통해 크리티컬 확률이나 리롤 에너지 등을 추가할 수 있습니다. 단, 장식 교체 시 경고가 없어 실수로 바꿀 위험이 있어 주의가 필요합니다.
게임에는 보스전도 있으며, 보스는 높은 체력과 다양한 특수 능력으로 플레이어를 압박합니다. 전투에서 승리하면 기념품을 획득하여 추가 효과를 얻을 수 있습니다. 또한, 전투 외에도 상자를 부수어 보상을 획득하는 상자 스테이지와 특정 조건을 만족해야 보상을 주는 이벤트 스테이지도 있어 전투 외의 재미 요소도 제공합니다.

Duck N Roll is a unique dice-based strategy game where you roll the dice to create powerful combinations and defeat waves of enemies. Whether you're dealing damage, blocking hits, or healing up, your dice rolls determine your fate.
The core mechanic revolves around dice combinations. When you roll the dice, their numbers form specific hands, each with its own effect. For example, One Pair attacks a random enemy, Triple ignores defense, and Full House deals excess damage to the next target. You can use limited rerolls to change undesirable results, maximizing your combat potential.
The sum of the dice in your chosen hand determines the damage dealt, and taking down an enemy grants you reroll tickets as rewards. After using all dice, the turn ends, and enemies take action based on their displayed intentions. Some enemies buff allies, protect themselves, or require specific conditions to be attacked, so prioritizing threats is crucial.
Winning a battle allows you to choose one of three rewards: upgrading a dice, acquiring a new one, or enhancing your combination skills. You can also decorate your dice with ornaments to boost critical chances, reroll energy, or other stats. Be cautious, though—ornament changes are irreversible without warning.
Boss stages pose a greater challenge with high health and disruptive abilities, and even after victory, you can only select one of three rewards, which cannot be changed once chosen. Additionally, treasure chest stages reward you with bonuses if you break the right crate, and event stages grant rewards when dice rolls exceed specific values.
While the game offers a lot of strategic depth, some aspects—like the lack of warnings during dice modification and the inability to change reward choices—can feel restrictive. Also, while enemy defense remains permanently, player defense disappears instantly, which can be frustrating.
Nevertheless, Duck N Roll stands out with its creative dice mechanics and strategic combat. Prepare your luck and tactics, roll the dice, and take on the challenging bosses and unpredictable enemies!
