I take Two Point Hospital's hardest map from scratch to two stars, showing off some handy tricks along the way. Here's a breakdown of what's going on:

I have no intention of utilising GPs or diagnosis rooms in the beginning. So I start by selling everything off.

I build treatment rooms as I need them, when emergency patients show up. For most of this run, I am waiting on those crucial 8-Bitten emergency patients to show up. The rest of the time is essentially just accumulating money.

My staff costs are extremely small, due to not bothering with the 'actually running a hospital' part. This is a crucial benefit to me.

I get unlucky with Lord Foxbridge's objectives. He asks me to cure a lot of specific ailments, and obviously, I have no patient flow. This means I have to keep cancelling objectives, which ends up hammering my Reputation.

I fix the Reputation problem by using Marketing. A general marketing campaign just steadily builds me Rep points.

The treatment rooms eventually pay themselves off, with repeated emergencies I can profit from. I also farm objectives by keeping rooms just under level 4, watering plants, and messing with the heating. Epidemics and VIP visits net me some cash and Rep bonuses.

When it comes to two stars, I am getting sick of waiting around. So now I build some super-GPs. I am still not going to waste money and time on further diagnosis. Any patients who cannot be diagnosed between the GP, Ward and Psychiatry, are sent home. I focus on getting my GPs trained up, to maximise the efficiency of this setup. I also have to expand my Ward and Psychiatry operations.

The final push is my staff morale. This is fairly easy for once. I give them a fair pay rise, a promotion, training, and a break.
