Duke Nukem 3D Episode 1 Level 1 played casually; a "forgetful playthrough", because I haven't played Duke in over 15 years.

It's time for a new playthrough! Duke Nukem 3D was the last winner of the "what should I play next" poll, so here it is. Enjoy :)
I'm playing on the 2nd from last difficulty setting "Come Get Some". The highest difficulty setting "Damn I'm Good" has respawning for monster corpses that are not gibbed. It's a different playstyle.
I will try to get as many kills and secrets as I can find, but I won't spend hours looking for them, so it may happen that I exit several of these levels with a few missing kills or secrets. I will not skip secret maps, however.
