Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour Part 6. LA in shambles. (Piece of Cake Campaign)
Part Synopsis: Figuring out the bank puzzle, that level is completed fairly easily. The next level is more confusing, as it's a small block section that's completely flooded. Downtown LA afterwards is cluttered and full of enemies. As is the Movie Set. A subway system with an automated train is also an annoyance. Whereas a tiny section with a fire truck proves to be unsolvable, for the time being.
Playthrough Information: This is semi-blind. The first four episodes I have already played in the past in some form. Episode five I have never played and will be entirely blind. Difficulty will be set at Piece of Cake (the easiest) because this game can be massively unfair with the massive damage you take. Gameplay captured on Xbox Series X, via being backwards compatible. All videos will feature webcam usage and full commentary.
About Game: Duke Nukem 3D is a first-person shooter video game developed by 3D Realms. It is a sequel to the platform games Duke Nukem and Duke Nukem II, published by 3D Realms.
Duke Nukem 3D features the adventures of the titular Duke Nukem, voiced by Jon St. John, who fights against an alien invasion on Earth. Along with Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, Doom II, and Marathon, Duke Nukem 3D is considered to be one of the many titles responsible for popularizing first-person shooters, and was released to major critical acclaim. Reviewers praised the interactivity of the environments, gameplay, level design, and unique risqué humor, a mix of pop-culture satire and lampooning of over-the-top Hollywood action heroes.
Specific Edition: Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour, also known as Duke Nukem 3D: World Tour, is a 2016 special edition remake of Duke Nukem 3D, originally released in 1996. The remake includes all content from Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition, but it adds new levels, enemies, a weapon, and several special features.
