12 Years old this mod is.. And I regret ever playing it, Sure MOR WAR had unfair difficulty and Total Chaos had an piss-poor release but there is NO excuse for this mod released in April 2008, I think this is the worst Duke Nukem 3D mod ever made but I could be wrong, Nuke The Bastards was also bad..

Pigs And Brains has no story to its name, And sadly it only gets worse from here.. The maps are an joke, The maps have basic stuff to them, Spawn traps that don't work right and most of the maps force you to use so much ammo you will have to go to kicking fucking monsters til they die, I wish I could say something positive about this mod, and I do.. Nuke The Bastards looks like an masterpiece compared to Pigs And Brains.
