http://www.r-t-c-m.com/knowledge-base/reviews-mod-duke3d/epic.html This one was unexpected, not just for it's difficulty but also it's mapping, I think this one has effort put into it but It's got some issues that keep it from being great, It dropped on April 13th 1997.

The maps of Epic TC are HUGE, Pretty huge and the mapping is good, Ammo placement isn't really that great and near the end of the video, trying to reach map 2 for me on Eduke32 causes Hall of Mirror effects that glitched my maps, I guess it works on older versions right? but these kind of bugs should be addressed on ALL versions...
