From the maker of ouch_m comes Abort_M, which is an insane Doom MOD that replaces all of the weapons with all sorts of crazy crap. There's even some powerup replacements such as a Barebcue sphere, and a cowboy hat that has to do with the song "Big Enough" by Kirin J. Callinan. The MOD was deleted some time ago, but there are reuploads of the MOD, which is great.
