What are your D&D Stories as a Dungeon Master or Game Master where you and your players are on completely different pages as far as an encounter or adventure. I recently an old school D&D trap in my session that I couldn't get players to focus on the trap aspect of the encounter going on. Or maybe it's where your adventuring party totally misreads a role-playing encounter. Or you think as a GM or DM you've included puzzle that your players should be able to figure out, but can't seem to get it.
