Dungeon Siege 2 Runs on Linux [Modded]
Pick "for modern setups" when launching the game. Was stuck in windowed mode without gamescope.
Custom Proton: 7.0-6 (newer versions crash)
Steam Launch Options: gamescope -H 1440 -h 1080 -f --force-grab-cursor -- %command% width=1920 height=1080 bpp=32 fullscreen=true nointro=true
The game deals with wider than 4:3 by cutting off the top and bottom (Vert-), but you can install a mod to do Horz+ instead. Download "Widescreen FOV fix" from NexusMods. For 16:9 extract 16_9DS2.ds2res into .../Resources also copy World.ds2map from .../Maps to .../Resources and rename it to World.ds2res.
This game also has an expansion pack that isn't available digitally, but I wasn't able to locate a "backup".
