Dreamweaver is getting pretty niche but if you're a competitive player and scrutinizing runs, you might run into this sooner or later so hopefully this video saves you hours of confusion.

There are two different opening rotations that Misteln uses.
The left side is the standard rotation: Prometheus, Seele, Misteln.
The right side is the ELF reset rotation: Prometheus, Misteln, Seele, Misteln.

When using the ELF reset rotation, Misteln will become bugged and her ultimate 1 will deal less damage and that damage is transferred to ultimate 2 instead. It's not a 1:1 transfer, but the difference is negligible. Once Misteln gets into this bugged state, it persists even on subsequent rotations.

I first noticed this on the July 12, 2024 abyss Jizo in v7.5, but I suspect Misteln had this bug all her life.
This was recorded in v7.6 Beta so that I can showcase the damage more easily.
