Dwarf Fortress Part 6 - Spring Year 2
0In this video, I play through Spring of the second year.
I take stock of food supplies. continue working on the main meeting hall, setup leather working, and try to setup 2 military squads, as well as building more bedrooms.
The squads and bedrooms are because I get a huge influx of migrants - more than doubling the amount of dwarfs we have.
I also attempt to trade with Elves, but the dwarfs decide to party instead.
If you know how to correctly setup squads so that they train one month and are on duty (stationed or on patrol) the next month, please reply in the comments! I attempt to do this for about 10 minutes, and can't quite figure it out. I seem to have training setup, but when I attempt to select to station them the next month, it doesn't seem to stick. I must be missing something simple, but I'm not sure what it is. Thanks!
