DXGL 0.5.16 will be releasing in the next week or so with expanded surface format support.

This test allows you to test the various surface formats available to DXGL. You can select source format, destination format, and draw method (currently Blt or Direct3D7 texture).

Some combinations are currently not supported as shown in this demo, and some formats such as YUV formats are currently only working correctly on modern GPUs.

I used window mode and single buffer due to a glitch in the video recorder that prevented the HUD from appearing in the test.
