I've been doing this dynamic stretching routine for at least 20 years and it has always worked to get the shoulders and hips open and prepare me for moving quickly. Instead of passive stretching before a workout do these as a warm up and I guarantee you will see much better results in your performance.

Hello Tubers. My name is Francesco and I have been on a movement journey for over 20 years now. I was the first person in arizona to start systematized classes in parkour and acrobatics back in 2008 and help grow a program of only 12 students to over 450 students.
I started out with being exposed to martial arts such as Aikido, Ninjitsu and Karate. later I figured out how to dance and learned how to breakdance in high school as well as got involved in capoeira. I got interested in Tricking and Tumbling in high school as well and in college got involved in Parkour after watching Urban Ninja video on old forums. I went to college to get an education degree in dance and since then I have been doing in personal/group training, performing as an acrobat and making online Tutorials. I worked at a gymnastics facility for 10 years and honed my teaching and training skills in calisthenics. I currently have dedicated my career to help people with a health and fitness mind set explore my methods of mastering movement to enrich their lives.
