Dynamite Duke Arcade
14A top scientist decides to utilise a secret formula to develop his very own army of evil mutant warriors, so he can become the ruler of the world. It is up to Dynamite Duke: a man who is armed with a cybernetic arm along with a machine gun to foil his evil plan.
Duke, armed with a machine gun and cybernetic arm, walks sideways through enemy bases, shooting snipers and engaging in hand-to-hand combat with bosses and the occasional knife-wielding soldier. An over-the-shoulder perspective is used throughout.
Most enemies can be shot before they fire at you. When overwelmed by enemies, press and hold the punch button to charge up for a "Dynamite Punch" which damages every onscreen foe.
While crouching, Duke can move from side to side very quickly in order to dodge bullets. Background objects can be shot to collect power-ups. In hand-to-hand combat, moving the joystick from down to up before attacking with a kick or punch causes Duke to do a more powerful jumping kick or uppercut, respectively.
