- Analysis:
Guan Ping's Musou II is disgusting. By that, meaning disgustingly powerful. A Flurry boosted full-hit with the Harmony Pure Musou weapon is capable of one-shotting hyper officers, if not , it will consistently inflict ~70% clean.

Harmony setup is a very ideal for Guan Ping because the movesets he abuse ignore Affinity. Most used movesets outside of Musou II consist of C4-C4 EX, C5 EX and Switch Attack (charged). Weapon 1 being the full-fledged Pure Musou weapon, Weapon 2, with the slight modification of Jubilation over Harmony so he can replenish Health.

C4-C4 EX is his go-to charge attack outside of indiscriminately spamming Musou II. With great coverage, distance wise and a generous horizontal hitbox in front of him, he can pretty much snipe anything form a very safe distance if he so choose to. Because of the EX, he ignores Affinity and knocks them back, allowing him to consecutively pull off C4-C4 EX continuously without ever the fear of being Storm Rushed or Musou-countered in the face. Officers won't have a chance to get close to him.

C5 EX is a very powerful EX, capable of one-shotting generics with a full-hit. Though usually not used to kill officers (unless he is under Rage), C5 EX is best used to sustain and refill Musou & Rage on the fly in any stage. With a generous combo-based EX with Musou Springs and Rage Springs Equip Skills, Musou & Rage sustaining are not a problem in high or low populated stages. C5 EX is very prone to interruption, but with a (preferably not max-charged to not kill the peons if he is trying to refill) Switch Attack, it will help him aid his C5 EX.

Switch Attack is a more of a useful tool rather than a powerful tool. Ignores shield peons and any blocking enemies in front of him while being invincible. It is a great move to use if enemies get to close and is reluctant to use Musou II to get out of situations. Not as powerful as Taishi Ci's R1, but Guan Ping's SA can be max charged for a bigger radius impact+higher damage output. It's not super strong, but it's enough to kill non-shield peons for him to refill through Roar kill counts back-and-forth since both of his weapon contain Roar. The recovery of his Switch Attack is very fast and can be spammed back-to-back for invincible frames.

His Musou is no doubt the strongest and best when it comes hyper officer pileup (and he doesn't need any setup!) Unblockable, strong, fast in animation, combo-based, % shave off officer's health are all too good to be true. Being a combo-based Musou means it helps him with Rage refill as well. It's not the best refill (compared to Zhang Fei, etc.), but it helps in the long run, given his charge movesets are pretty good for diverse situations.
