- Analysis:
As of every main evil-doer of the Orochi series, they have to be good. Kyubi is no exception to this.
Being a Wonder-type is amazing for her. Most of her attacks have bad lag recovery, but with the ability to cancel movesets with WD fixes this problem.
Personally, I found JC-WD to be the most fitting playstyle. It's strong enough, fast, able to generate and safe all in one. Every JC-WD slightly elevates her, so she won't be touching the ground anytime soon, which is good in a way if Kyubi wants to form a back-to-back non-stop constant offense.
On the other hand, C4-4-4 is a very good moveset. To me, it is an over the top moveset for the standard Free Mode. It does everything that JC-WD can do in a more effective way, but it's not efficient as it's constantly overkilling, over-generating, slow and unsafe (without Air R1 buff).
Speaking of Air R1 buff, it's a bread and butter buff with C4-4-4 because it has a slow queue and execution, very prone to interruption. In Gauntlet Mode, this would be the preferred playstyle with Air R1 setup. JC-WD offense has a fantastic transition and access into Air R1 buff when needed.

* Her last slot can be Alacrity, or Storm. Personally, I would pick Alacrity if she is going to C4-4-4 24/7.

* Iron Gauntlets, if she isn't going to Air R1 buff (she really should though ...) or Shadow Greaves, to reduce Wonder Dash consumptions. Lion's Fang is close to useless when she abuses C4-4-4.
This setup is aimed to take advantage of her C4-4-4 as it 100% activates Typhoon and Echo, contributing to massive combo count and damage output. Shredding anything and everything that comes in it's way. Mid-way of the C4-4-4 attack, it is guard break and unblockable.
If she has Alacrity and is spamming C4-4-4 24/7, then it doesn't really matter what partner setup she has in the end. If anything, offensive partners like Xiahou Yuan, Huang Zhong, and Hanzo Hattori are in my opinion, best to kill things even faster.
