EA reports yet more losses as reportedly up 10 10% (or 800 people) of their staff / workforce across the company have been let go as the company continues its major restructuring. As well as the heavy losses to employees, EA are apparently closing the EA Partners label today. On top of all this, they have closed the PopCap Vancouver development studio and Need for Speed: World developer Quicklime Games.

EA has issues an official statement on this news, but refused to specify on the amount of employees fired at this current stage.
