As we enter the second week of earnings season, it's time to buckle up and get ready for more action. Last week we witnessed some exciting earnings reports from Netflix and Tesla, but it seems like the market momentum has shifted toward the bearish side after Tesla's disappointing results. This week, we will see some more earnings reports from tech giants such as Microsoft, Google, Meta, and Amazon. It's essential to keep an eye on these reports as mediocre or disappointing earnings could result in the market pulling back more than anticipated.
In addition to the earnings reports, we should also pay attention to the GDP report on Thursday at 8.30 am.
Regarding technical analysis, most of the major indices are expected to remain the same from last week. However, NQ may pull back to 13000-12775, and ES is expected to be between the range of 4106-4050, depending on the earnings this week.
The US dollar should expect to remain within the range of 102.60 to 100.85.
