Another season, another infinite climb. This season I did most of my infinite climb with one of my favourite cards in the game – Nimrod. I’ve always felt that Nimrod is a bit underappreciated compared to the standard Destroy decks – Nimrod is a lot harder to calculate for the opponent and usually you don’t really play anything until turn 3 or 4 which can lure the opponent into a false sense of security.

With Symbiote Spiderman coming out, this Nimrod deck got even better – if you Activate Symbiote Spiderman on top of Nimrod, you have the same amount of power as if you Shuri’d it BUT if you decide to Zola that location, you ALWAYS hit Nimrod, unlike with Shuri. This deck also makes people play funny because they’re playing around Galactus. If you don’t have Symbiote Spiderman, you can replace him with Nova, X23 or Wolverine instead.
