My sister in law loves cutting her hair short and finds it really convenient to have short hair so I always be doing her hair into a bob and this is the way I found easiest to cut a bob -- it's super simple, only requires two sections, and literally I do it in like 5-10 min lol

Make sure you go in small snips to prevent sawing through the hair, which can cause split ends, snipping small sections of hair at a time. Another thing that helps get the hair a nice shape is to have her tilt her head up 45˚ upwards so the hair at the front is slightly longer to frame her face and the hair at the nape of her neck is off her back (:
