To "rest" programs in Windows 11, you can either repair or reset them. Here's how:
Repairing an app:
Go to Start - Settings - Apps - Apps & features.
Select the app you want to repair.
Click on the More icon next to the app.
Select Advanced options.
Click Repair.
Resetting an app:
Go to Start - Settings - Apps - Apps & features.
Select the app you want to reset.
Click on the More icon next to the app.
Select Advanced options.
Click Reset.
Note: Resetting an app will delete all of its data, so make sure you have a backup before proceeding.
