VIRAL BISCOFF LASAGNA

This is one of those easy desserts that will definitely impress! super simple to whip up with no baking and no measuring… and tastes AMAZING!

Ingredients:
Biscoff cookies (we used around 1.5 bags of 32 biscuits)
Thickened cream (we used lactose free!)
Vanilla extract
Icing sugar
1/3 jar Biscoff spread

Method:
- Whip the cream, a good splash of vanilla extract and a few tablespoons of icing sugar together in a bowl (taste to make sure you like the sweetness/flavour and adjust accordingly)
- Pop the biscoff spread in a bowl and microwave for around 30 sets until liquid
- Layer the cookies, cream and biscoff spread until you reach the top of your tray
- Decorate the top with biscoff spread drizzle and crushed cookies

PSA make sure you make this in advance as it needs time for the biscuits to soften, chilling overnight in the fridge is preferable 🙌🏼
