Pasta salads, potato salads, and now… DUMPLING SALAD?!
You guys know we love our dumplings, and this is a perfect hearty salad to make! We’ve seen a few of dumpling salad on our feed lately, and here’s our version with a ponzu bagel dressing 🥰
Ingredients
Store bought dumplings, frozen
1 cucumber, roughly chopped
2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
1/2 spring onion, chopped
ponzu dressing (we make our own from scratch)
every bagel seasoning
Salt, to taste
Tbh we eyeballed the ingredients so can’t give exact measurements, but measure with your eyes and it should be alright! Don’t add in too much bagel seasoning/salt before tasting though 😅
