The whole idea how the circuit works - is when the battery supply the direct current to the transistor it will produce oscillation like AC and then transfer to the mini transformer. The transformer then #boost the #voltage by transferring the current from the primary to the secondary coil. The application of high voltage power are used is devices like stun gun (taser), air purifier, car / motorbike ignition coil system, and of course many more you can find out there.
