How to make 5 volt phone charger using 5 volt voltage regulator L7805CV at with current draw at 0.27 amp (270 mA).

Component and materials

1. L7805CV component
2. Ceramic capacitor code 104 = 100nF (0.1 uF)
3. Ceramic capacitor code 334 = 330nF (0.33 uF)
4. Diode 1N4007
5. Some breadboard male connector cable
6. Breadboard (prototype board)

The experiment is using approximately 9 volt (2 x 18650) battery. The current draw is about 270 amp a little lower than the ideal real charger.
