6Stoned prevents you from using Limit Breaks and gives you a 15 turn limit to kill Matteus.
Not being able to use Limits and Matteus being immune to defensive debuffs kinda puts a toll on your damage, so abusing Virus is probably the fastest way to kill him.
Edit: this video is kinda outdated since Matteus' Bio resistance was increased in the 1.5 patch, this strategy still works, but it'll be a bit slower (and you'll have to deal with Matteus healing himself).
