This setup is a bit more complex but it basically guarantees you'll be capturing Matteus.

First of all, props to Lunas for the Demon Mirror strategy, that gave me the idea for this.

Matteus got its resistance to Bio increased from -50% to 0% just like Natalia, which means Virus isn't quite as effective against him as before (though it still remains pretty viable). Regardless, the strategy here is to tank Matteus' attacks with Demon Mirror and 9 Lives until you have inflicted him with most negative statuses and an evade debuff, then bring him under the capture threshold with Nolegs. You can technically do this in 4 turns too by skipping Burn and Weaken, but then it may be a bit more dependant on how much damage Nolegs does (aka steroids).

Death and Doom immunity is pretty much necessary on everyone but Anna (who doesn't need to do anything past the 3rd turn). Make sure Anna's flairs are arranged so that the Fat Fly one is on the first slot. Poison and Tired aren't guaranteed to be inflicted by the last turn (due to the possibility of the random Fat Fly summon consuming Tired stacks, and the Emerald Earrings only having 80% chance to land Poison), but they aren't necessary either if you inflicted everything else.
