(0400hrs april 1st) TL;DR - devblog's gist: "**** high sec"...
=====
further followup (07:25 mar31st) - doesn't look like a total reset...r32+ left alone, lesser moon goo reset, standard ores removed...and wow! there's zero moon probes left in jita. lol
edit followup (06:25 mar31st) - haha what if CCP has no idea, & they accidentally caused a reset?
errata: unsure about the moon reset/shuffle info i mentioned. testing now...if i can confirm, then the logical conclusion is that CCP input parameters for allowed moon goo and lazily hit "reset" to start that process...Gods, is the "redistribution" and "dynamic" phase merely going to consist of these clowns hitting reset over and over?
======
TL;DR - basically, the patch notes show they've nuked missions & cbt anomaly ore; Beyond that we're in the dark about the moon goo reset they just did unannounced.

i wanted to quickly upload my 1st impressions of the devblog+any published patch note additions...sorry about the length of the monologue - there was alot to unpack out of CCP's retarded devblog.
Stream of consciousness, interpretation of WTF, so alot of rambling speculation on CCP's usual riddle strewn blather.

haven't gone ingame yet, just wanted to document my thoughts about the usual marketing BS ccp thinks...they're too clever by half.

edit:
https://i.imgur.com/6x2xx84.png (tritanium graph since feb11th devblog)
https://i.imgur.com/JHUms8O.png (current jita orders for athanors. large jump in buy orders)
aka not up to 10isk/pu yet, and athanor market seems to be in demand...probably because of the uncertainty in where the moon goo reset put all the r64 & r32

interestingly enough, the other minerals haven't spiked in price as tritanium just did.

The real question is will ccp nerf tritanium from scrapmetal reprocessing of loot? which has been the biggest faucet of minerals for null sec since beta.
