tl;dr - upon the announcement mineral prices skyrocketed for a week then plateau'd ...also, regular asteroid belts were nerfed mostly. pretty big hit to lo sec belts.

Bottom line: singularity is down still so i'm not sure if that means they're hiding the new reprocessing stats from us, or hiding a "shiny" new redistribution phase (resource wars 2.0?)...i doubt it's the later because they heavily implied we'd be seeing a shortage phase for another 2 steps before phase 2 (redistribution)
