The version we are playing in this Let's Play is the Playstation 3 version. Sonic Unleashed is an action-adventure platformer and an action-adventure beat-em-up game hybrid. Sonic the Hedgehog is back and Sonic, fueled by Dark Gaia, has been transformed into a werehog. This creates a great blend of high speed platforming and the considerably slower beat-em-up seperated by day and night stages!
