Whips are so much fun to play with. Not the most impressive damage output but they make up for it in reach and their awesome moveset. I saw a few similar builds, most tend to use the Hoslow whips for bleed but these also work quite well. Obviously I'm focusing on the crazy strong and far reaching jump attacks.

Setup is as folllows:

Magma Whip Candlestick +10
Giant's Red Braid +10
Radagon's Soreseal (stats +5)
Raptor's Black Feathers (Strengthens jump attacks)
Claw Talisman (Enhance jump attacks, stacks with Raptor's Feathers)
Flame-Shrouding Tear (20% fire damage increase)
Fire Scorpion Charm (12% fire damage increase, stacks with tear)
Ritual Sword Talisman (10% attack power increase when at max HP)
Flame, Grant Me Strength (20% fire / physical attack power increase)
Golden Vow (15% attack power increase, stacks with FGMS)
