Elden Ring seamless co-op mod gets a beta release date
A dedicated modder is working on an Elden Ring mod to bring seamless co-op to the lands between.
Currently, you can play Elden Ring co-op with a friend, but not only is it as brutal and unforgiving as the game itself, you must reconnect upon every death and are vulnerable to invasion.
This can make Elden Ring co-op a little tedious, and for a game where dying is commonplace it does not lend itself to a conducive co-op session.
Now, players will be able to play co-op just as they would in most other games, thanks to a mod from LukeYui.
The public beta for the mod is set to release on May 27 and promises the removal of all multiplayer boundaries and allows for connections to persist after death.
Game progression is shared between players, so you can fight monsters together and share the rewards!
