How to Unlock Hidden Secret Merchant Shop in game Elden Ring. Inside a river canyon is a cave blocked by a force field and is protected by a summon Bloody Finger Nerijus, and he is hunted by Bloody Finger Hunter Yura. Once you have defeated Nerijus, you get the Reduvia weapon. The cave (called Murkwater Cave) is now unblocked and inside is a boss fight with Patches. After losing half his health, Patches will beg for mercy. Forgive and forget and Patches will set up a store (called Patches' Emporium) for you to buy rare items in Elden Ring (Margit Shackles, Festering Bloody Finger, Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot, Sacrificial Twig, Horse Crest Wooden Shield, Parrying Dagger, and Stonesword Key). Patches will also place a teleport trap chest for future thieves. Opening that second chest will teleport you east to a giant bear, and video shows how to defeat it with the Rotten Stray Summon. You get a reward of Beast Blood and Gold-Tiger Excrement from winning against the Lesser Runebear (giant bear). Patches will still sell you stuff after encountering the bear.
