The Pikachu KogMaw build is incredible in TFT 10.13.
2x stacking the shiv and a red buff and you are good to go.
Combine this with Battlecast and Brawler for some protection and you are unstoppable.

We started this game off with some luck, we managed to get the early KogMaw and that put us in the path we needed.
We gathered all the components we needed and had everything we needed.
Although we had a hard time finding our Jinx...
But, Jinx isn't always needed in the blaster comps.
KogMaw did it so well in this game and the shiv stacking is insane with the Battlecast buff.
