Did you know that at one time in the late 80s Electronic Arts focused on putting out creative games and treated their developers like Rockstars? They even went so far as to sell the games in a record sleeve like packaging including an album art style cover? You can see the size is only slightly bigger than a 45 record. I love how they would open like a gatefold record ….AND they would highlight who programmed it, again just like a rockstar. You can almost imagine these developers singing the next 80s power ballad, right? I miss the old EA, don’t you?
