Elite: Dangerous - Colonize the Stars - The Player-Run Search Begins - "Pioneers Cooperative"
There are 400 Billion Systems in the Elite: Dangerous galaxy, and now it is time to think about colonizing a few of the more distant ones. With that in mind the Pioneer Cooperative have come together, with the hope to make this happen.

Submission Rules:
To submit your system, make a post of this forum thread. I will go through and gather the top ten to thirty submissions for a community vote depending on how many quality ones we receive. The target range for the system is 2500 to 5000 LY in the general direction of the core. It doesn’t need to be directly at the Core, but in its general direction. Such a destination, should it ever exist would have the benefit of being a rest stop for the most intrepid explorers out there. If you want to find a nebula to be in view of your system, a word of warning, the bigger ones in that direction are a little over 4000 LY out; however, there are some smaller ones that are harder to spot under 4000 LY, you will just have to look closely.
The target content of the system is an Earthlike planet, as well as Pristine Metallic Reserves. At this distance a population would need to be able to sustain itself, thus the Earthlike, and the Pristine Metallic Reserves would provide ample opportunity for growth. If an Earthlike cannot be found with Pristine Metallic Reserves, we will extend the competition a month and settle for pristine metallic reserves in the system next door, or submissions with metal rich reserves. We know Earthlike systems out there exist with Pristine Metallic Reserves. We should settle for only the best, and we will find it!
Since this is being put up for a vote, if you want to win, consider what people like. Does it have a view of a nebula nearby? Maybe you are lucky enough to find an Earth-like with its own rings that happen to be Pristine Metallic Reserves! Does the system have an interesting layout? Is there a neutron star? A sample submission will be provided below. Please post your submission in the format below. The format will be used in the vote to make it easy to digest for voters.

US time is 2am UTC on the 15th - which will still be the 14th in the USA, either 6pm in on the west coast or 9pm on the east coast
