The Dolphin is a passenger ship, likely manufactured by Saud Kruger. It is still in development as of August 21, 2016 and will not be available in Elite Dangerous: Horizons 2.2, despite being seen in preview footage of that update. Frontier Developments declined to confirm whether the Dolphin would be included in a future update.
